Scotty Brand Ayrshire New Potatoes with Sour Cream and Parsley

Sometimes, I think we overthink our cooking. ย What’s wrong with some plain and simple boiled new potatoes, served with some sour cream and a topping of parsley like my grandmother would make.

This is just so simple to make and the sour cream tastes lovely over the newly cooked spuds.

  1. I’m not a great cook by any means, nor very adventurous in the kitchen, so plain boiled spuds are a staple in our house ๐Ÿ™‚
I absolutely love sour cream but have never thought of putting both together. I’m going to try this but serve with chives from our windowsill instead of the parsley, I love chopped chives through my sour cream ๐Ÿ™‚
