    Hello.
I have just made a batch of your burger rolls and it took me back 60 years to buying baps in Byres road when up at university.
Your method mirrored that which I usually use, although you don’t suggest knocking back the dough before making it into rolls.
Also, I find a silicon sheet on the baking tray very good for ease of removing rolls when cooked.  Lastly, with a fan oven I found 200degrees a bit high and went for 170.
    Lovely result – thanks

Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes. My 81 year old brother first found you and loved all your recipes. I, too, need to say a massive thank you. My husband likes plain food and I like more flavour so have found it difficult to cater. I am not very imaginative so have found your wonderful recipes an absolute inspiration. I am unwell at present and my brother suggested some of your onion and potato soup. Perfect recipe when unwell and so easy. In the MR soupmaker, it is brilliant. Thank you again, you are a magical cook. Thank you so much for sharing and helping even old duffers like me.

My brother lent me his soup maker and I’m very excited. Your recipes and tips have made me get familiar with it, and the pumkin soup has come really nice. MIne has smoothie function and cold soups (Pillips Soap Maker), wich is a great deal for hot summer times here in Spain

I’m looking for a small one, for one-two people, or maybe, it is a good idea to freeze, but I prefer fresh made food rather than thawed…

I wonder if you can make hot dense chocolate with it, have you tried?

Well, thanks for sharing, I’m getting started with you

    Greetings from Spain

Initially my soupmaker burned slightly, I found the best way to sort this was to put a little oil in before ingredients, never had a problem since!

That’s a shame. It might depend on ingredients recommended for the one you have, or perhaps a faulty soup maker. Does its scrub off. Mine very rarely burns, and if ingredients burn, it’s only takes a few seconds with a cloth and wipes off. Perhaps your soup maker needs fluid in first if it’s ingredients that burn, or is it the machine itself?

Mine always does. So annoying. I sent back two thinking they were faulty but my present one does the same. Very annoying.

Stir the ingredients after you have added the liquid mine burnt the first time I used it and then was told to stir it and have never had burn again.I make soup at least 4 times a week.

Give everything a really good stir before turning it on and then it doesn’t burn any more.

Hi Peter. You can find it on Amazon, as an e-book. I’ve only just put it up, so your friend is quick off the mark. The UK one is here. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Soup-Maker-Recipes-Tasty-Gadget-ebook/dp/B01A6AL0V6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1452450512&sr=8-1&keywords=lesley+smith+soup+maker+recipes

      Good luck with your soups.
