Corned Beef Hash

Boil potatoes, loosely mash with some butter (not to mashed potato creamy state). Mash in some corned beef, and serve with beans, oatcakes, ricecakes or beetroot.

    That is exactly how I make it! no added onion, no dicing. Pure corned beef mash. I tend to mash it a bit more though. Then I either have it with beans or gravy. I also stick it in the oven too for a bit if I have time so the top crisps up 🙂 mmmm

    made this style with beetroot while in Australia, it went down brilliantly. Just like my mums.
