By entering this prize draw you agree to the following conditions:
• You will submit the entry to scottishmum.com by midnight on the closing date of 6th February 2014. Entries after this date will not be considered for the prize.
• Only one single entry per person eligible.
• Your entry is submitted in English.
If these conditions are not adhered to then you may not be eligible to win the main prize.
By participating in the prize draw, you warrant that:

Who is participating?

What is the prize?
One winner will receive an iPad Air 16 GB Wi-Fi.
The prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the prizes.
How will the winner be selected?
Within 21 days of the closing date, the winner will be picked on a random draw basis by scottishmum.com from all valid entries received by the prize draw closing time.
By entering the prize draw, you warrant that your entry does not include material that is in any way unlawful, offensive or inappropriate. Entries that breach these regulations by being unsuitable, offensive, unlawful, misleading, derogatory, including of Lloyds Bank and/or any of its partners, in breach of any third party rights (including copyright), or the entrant/winner in any way acts inappropriately or dishonestly or in breach of any of these Terms and

How will we notify the prize winner?
The prize winner will be contacted within 21 days of the closing date via email and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in another winner being selected and notified and will have 7 days to claim their prize.
In the event that a winner or substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their prize and it will be awarded to a an alternative entrant selected in the same way. The process will continue until all prizes have been claimed.
What happens to your entry?
By entering the prize draw, you grant Lloyds Bank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use all or part of your entry in any form and media (including entry and blog address) for their advertising or any other promotional material. Where your entry is published, you agree that it may be accompanied by your name.
