Ingredients
  

  • 150 ml Coconut Milk Alternative I use Alpro.
  • 40 g My Protein Natural Chocolate Whey.
  • 100 g Banana.
  • 15 g Coconut Flour

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender or Nutribullet. This makes enough for one person. Blend until completely smooth.

  2. Pop your pudding into a glass/dish and put it in the fridge for an hour, preferably longer. I put mine into the freezer for a couple of hours if I can.
