This is my wee video review and introduction to the gorgeous fully hand tied monofilament top wig from JB Extension. Margaret is absolutely beautiful. Within half an hour of combing her out, setting my part and adding a little height, I am pleased as punch to be able to wear this wig. I think this is actually one of my colours and one I should wear more often.
Covid came for my hair and I decided not to be embarassed about the hairloss, so the wig life it is for me. The colours in Margaret are a mix of copper, with some blonde and some red through it, so it’s multi dimensional.
Margaret is made by a human person, hand made, fibre by fibre. I can’t even begin to say how lovely Margaret is to wear on my head. I’ve made a quick video for you to have a good look at what she is like.
It’s important to remember, that wigs out of the box will have a zigzag part, and will be in a set part, with established curls. For Margaret, I have combed with a wide tooth comb, fluffed the top with my fingers and redirected the part line to be a bit more bouncy with a hairdryer blow out.

Construction
FULLY HAND TIED FOR COMFORT
Margaret is a fully hand tied wig, meaning each hair has been sew in by hand. These wigs can take up to 3 weeks for one person to make.
PARTING
The whole top section of the wig is available to use as a part. Margaret can be parted anywhere, meaning she is suitable for middle parts, right parts and left parts.
MONOFILAMENT
Monofilament lace with hand tied top. Beautifully made. 6X5 Full Monofilament Hand Tied Top. The lace is precut and does not need trimmed.
FIBRES
Fibres are the latest Futura Fibres from JB Extension and are heat friendly. They can be styled with straighteners, tongs, curling wants and more, by following manufacturers instructions.
EXTRAS
Anti-slip silicone strips on the hand tied top, to help keep the wig secure, whether we have bio hair or not.
Bendy ear tabs for a custom fit to the head.
Velcro adjustors at the back of the cap, allowing for it to fit a variety of different sized heads.
