Coleslaw Salad

Perfect as a side dish with most main meals, or to use in a salad.
Ingredients
  • 200g Carrot (Grated)
  • 150g Cabbage (Shredded into strips.)
  • 150g Onion (Shredded into strips.)
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise or Thousand Island Dressing
Instructions
  1. Simply shred the cabbage, onion and carrot.
  2. Mix with mayonnaise or thousand island dressing.
  3. Serve.
