After a few attempts, this blog post is my entry for the Tesco Blogger Fruit and Vegetable Carving Challenge to win £150 meal voucher from Red Letter Days. This week is the first time I have tried vegetable carving, so I've found it difficult, challenging and fun at the same time. It's easy to see why
